McConnell Dowell

Construction was staged at the McConnell Dowell site in Laverton to allow continued use of the site. The existing buildings were completely demolished and 380m² of new office, 1750m² warehouse with gantry crane and 120m² mezzanine were constructed along with a 430m² works shed & wash bay, loading facility and external works including heavy duty pavement and car parking.
